Students in grades 10, 11 and 12 are eligible for enrollment. The course may be taken for credit up to three times during a student’s high school tenure.
This course will focus on helping students to develop their
potential for premiere leadership, personal growth, and career
success through agricultural education. Students are required to either be or become members of the West Central FFA Chapter.
This course is fluid and ever evolving. Much depends on hot topics in agriculture at the time. The course requires a student to be highly self motivated and will assist students in learning to prioritize tasks, break large projects into smaller chunks, and develop educated opinions about the industry of agriculture.

Legislation on the state and federal level that impacts agriculture
